The story begins when Boyfriend and Girlfriend decide to leave McDonald's for Burger King, only to be stopped by Ronald McDonald before they can walk away. What starts as a humorous encounter quickly becomes a full rap battle inside the restaurant. As each song progresses, Ronald's expressions become increasingly unstable, shifting from a smiling mascot to a disturbing performer who dominates the stage.

FNF vs Ronald McDonald (Full Week) consists of Deaf to All But the Ronald, Insanity, and U.N Owen, with each song introducing a different pace and musical style. Deaf to All But the Ronald draws inspiration from the famous Touhou arrangement Deaf to All but the Oneself, delivering rapid melodies that have become closely associated with the mod.
