The story begins when Daddy Dearest sends Pololo and Polola to buy charcoal for a traditional Chilean barbecue called an asado. Their journey starts at an Unimarc supermarket in Iquique, but the simple shopping trip soon becomes a series of musical confrontations. Maritza, Maavo, and Ivette are among the first characters they encounter, followed by guests such as Shaggy and Matt. Later chapters introduce more familiar faces from Chilean entertainment and internet culture, eventually leading to a final celebration at Daddy Dearest's mansion.
