Friday Night Funkin: Rhythmic Revolution throws Boyfriend and Girlfriend into a spaceship under attack. Its failing reactor and armed rivals make each song feel like another part of a mission going wrong. The mod has 23 songs, with 12 in Story Mode and 11 in Freeplay. Every track is locked to Hard, so the challenge comes from gameplay hazards rather than choosing a higher difficulty. Jump into the browser version and see if you can make it through the whole mission.

Friday Night Funkin: Rhythmic Revolution Guide

Story Setup

Friday Night Funkin: Rhythmic Revolution includes the second DLC part and revives VS Impostor but Human. Boyfriend and Girlfriend get caught in the conflict between Impostor.co and Crewmate.co while aboard the spaceship. Robert appears in the first week, Mitori leads the second, and Dillaw and Shiro feature in the third.

Songs By Week

The Story Mode campaign has three weeks, followed by a separate set of Freeplay tracks.

  • Week 1 features Robert. Play Sussus Moogus, Kill Shot, and Overheat.
  • Week 2 features Mitori. Play Sussus Toogus, Saboteur, Reactor Chan, and Metamorphosis.
  • Week 3 features Dillaw and Shiro. Play Dillawing, Supernova, Deathrun, Perfect Kill, and Void.

Freeplay adds 11 songs. Choose from Pinkwave, Delusion, Ashes, Boiling Point, IDK Man, Inhuman Creature, Crimson Hazard, Overload Reactor, Baking Powder, Overload Dillawing, and Snowmelt.

What Makes The Battles Different

The locked difficulty changes what players need to focus on, since there is no Easy or Normal option to fall back on. Saboteur adds a Space prompt that must be hit at the right moment, while knife notes appear in Week 3. Health drain and the lack of automatic healing keep pressure on throughout a song. A song intensity meter and changing scroll speeds add more visual demands. Friday Night Funkin: Rhythmic Revolution’s defining challenge comes from handling these hazards while keeping time with the music.

How To Play

Use the arrow keys or WASD to hit notes in time with the music. Press Space when a special prompt appears, and hold Z for one second to skip a cutscene. Enter selects menu options, while Escape pauses or returns to the previous menu. Keys 1 through 4 activate items, and C selects a disguise in Freeplay. Play Friday Night Funkin: Rhythmic Revolution now and see if you can clear every week.
